About Sigrid Andersen

When I received the diagnosis Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD at the age of 45, I initially went through a phase of grief and depression. I wondered, how different my life could have been if this diagnosis had been made during my childhood. I began to educate myself about autism and ADHD, read many scientific articles and books, attended courses and finally recognized, that I want to support others affected by these conditions. My five year long education in pedagogy with Matura (high school diploma), turned out to be a solid foundation during my training as a CAS Autism and ADHD coach. My goal is to raise awareness, inform, empower people, and provide them with tools that not only make the lives of those affected easier but also improve everyday life for everyone.
