Starting January 1, 2025, I have the privilege of working together with Claudia Rittinghaus at skogglade in Ittenthal. There, I will not only be available for in-person consultations but also have the unique opportunity to offer additional therapeutic support, which I’ll introduce briefly below.
At skogglade, I support individuals navigating the challenges of ADHD, autism, and the often associated health and emotional burdens. As a mother, wife, and part of a neurodivergent family myself, I understand how demanding – yet enriching – daily life can be. These personal experiences, combined with my professional expertise, deep understanding of clients’ unique needs, and a heartfelt approach, are shaping my work.
Qualifications and experience
I am a CAS ADHD and Autism Coach, children, youth and family counselor, and a licensed nursing professional. My practical experience as a caregiver for loved ones managing health challenges and care needs further enriches my perspective. This blend of personal insight and professional training enables me to offer support that is both empathetic and grounded in expertise.
Counseling for children, youth and families
In my work with families, I aim to empower each member while considering the dynamics of the entire family system.
•For parents: I help parents structure daily life with neurodivergent children while creating space for connection and joy. Often, it’s about finding balance – between the children’s needs, personal demands, and family life challenges.
•For children and teens: I support young people in better understanding themselves, discovering their strengths, and finding ways to address challenges effectively.
•For families: Together, we work on solutions that are sustainable for everyone. This involves understanding and resolving conflicts, as well as leveraging the strengths within the family.
My offerings
•For mothers: Many mothers prioritize their family’s needs so heavily that they lose sight of their own. I offer a safe space where they can recharge, reconnect with their own needs, and develop strategies to make daily life easier while bringing more joy and lightness into their routines.
•Health and nutrition counseling: Health and nutrition play a crucial role, especially with ADHD and autism. I assist in finding practical approaches to improve concentration, well-being, and stress management.
•Hypoxic training (IHT/IHHT) and magnetic treatments (iLifeSOMM): I use these techniques in my practice to support regeneration, metabolism, and stress management. They provide a gentle yet effective complement to enhance physical and mental well-being.
•For professionals: Through my workshops and training sessions, I help professionals deepen their understanding of ADHD, autism, neurodivergent health topics, and family dynamics. The focus is on practical applications – for solutions that make a real difference in everyday life.
Holistic support
As a licensed nursing professional and caregiver, I know the challenges that come with caregiving and support roles. I use this experience in my work, enabling me to provide help that is not just theoretical but practical.
My practice is a place where challenges are taken seriously. It’s about empowering people, accompanying them on their journey, and developing solutions that fit their lives. I work with clarity, empathy, and the goal of fostering greater joy and stability.
